Ever since the arrival of my third child Yoga has been a huge part of my life. My body had given me the most precious gifts, but I no longer felt I knew myself. Needing to get to know my body again, find stillness for my busy mind and strength for my tired bones Yoga became an important focus and is one of my deep routed passions.
Through regular practice and a thirst for knowledge yoga and mindfulness continue to give me the tools to enhance my physical and mental approach to life. As a busy working mum of 3 it is essential that I dedicate time to self care and self love, so that I can offer myself fully to those who need me the most.
In 2020 I successfully completed my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Course and Youth Yoga Teacher Training. Taking my learnings further in 2021 I have expanded my teaching journey further with Yin Yoga. Having developed in both physical and emotional strength over the last few years, I would be honoured to share the benefits of Yoga with you and support you through your own personal journey.
